Karen Caiazzo is an E-RYT500, and originally trained in hatha yoga at the Konalani Yoga Ashram on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2008. She has also taken the O2 Yoga Ashtanga/Vinyasa Teacher Training, Barrett Reinhorn's Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, and Childlight Yoga Teacher Training in Boston. Karen completed her RYT-500 with the Shambhava School of Yoga in the summer of 2015.
Karen has been known to spend her spare time on yoga ashrams, and some even call her "Shanti." She has a daily meditation practice and a sincere love for teaching meditation. Karen's teaching focus on using postures and breath to facilitate a sense of relief, relaxation, freedom, and strength. Her classes incorporate powerful asanas with the soothing practices of restorative yoga and grounding aspects of meditation. All levels are welcome!

Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous yoga class that moves through poses with the pace of your breath. The class is designed for all levels with modifications offered to take the class at your own level and ability on any given day. The sequence of each class will build towards a challenging peak pose(s) to stimulate both the beginner and advanced practitioner as well as the kid at heart. This class will be sweaty and fun and will challenge students of all levels.
