Fun fact about you: I've been sky diving... I almost chickened out, but I went through with it and can't wait to go again!

Favorite yoga pose: I have 2 favorites: pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana), which I find extremely restful and relaxing; and crow (Bakasana), because I still find it incredibly challenging.

When not on your mat, where can you be found? Hanging out with family, catching up with friends, relaxing at home with tv or a book.

How long have you been practicing and what's your latest yoga breakthrough? I have been practicing for almost a year and a half. I would say my breakthrough, and what I'm continuing to work on, is the headstand (Sirsasana). When I first started practicing, it was something I never thought I would even come close to doing. Every time I'm able to get upside down is a personal victory!

How has yoga impacted your life? I think I'm a lot more calm that I used to be. Yoga has been a great stress reliever for me, and has made me feel a lot stronger both physically and mentally.
