At the heart of CCY are our yoga classes. We’re proud to offer a wide range of styles, including everything from fluid Vinyasa to strength-building Forrest to releasing, therapeutic Yin to slow-it-down Gentle. We also offer specialized classes for kids and pre- and post-natal mommas. Unless specifically indicated, our classes welcome and cater to students of all levels, from first-timers to yoga veterans.
