Join Coolidge Corner Yoga in bringing a bit more mindfulness to the holiday season! With the intention of getting back to the meaning behind the merrymaking we're challenging our community to make a weekly commitment from Monday, November 20th to Sunday, December 31st to make room for mindfulness, movement, and doing what matters most. Not only will you be restoring some much-needed self-care during the busiest time of the year, you'll also be entered to win some very festive prizes from some of our challenge partners!

WEEK 1 - NOV 20th - GRATITUDE: We’re opening this year’s #Omfortheholidays mindfulness challenge with gratitude! Even outside of Thanksgiving, there are plenty of opportunities to show your appreciation for the little things that truly matter. WEEK 2 - NOV 27th - STILLNESS: Make this week about finding #stillness, especially during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season! Try some Yin yoga with Emily Peterson or meditation with Wilhelm Engelbrecht as a complement to your active lifestyle. Or look for moments of stillness in your regular day - just pause and find a moment to be still and observe.

WEEK 3 - DEC 4th - SELF-CARE: Week 3 of our #omfortheholidays #mindfulnesschallenge is all about self-care! Take time to enjoy the small things in life or treat yourself to some extra luxurious restoration with Betty Riaz's #spayoga workshop this Friday!
