Coolidge Yoga is turning FIVE!


We are celebrating with a party in the park


and new classes at both studios!!





When: Sunday, September 30th from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Where: Larz Anderson Park - Top of the Hill (past the ice skating rink). Escape the hustle and relax amongst trees with the best hilltop view of the city! Weather looks perfect - 65 and sunny!


Need a Ride/Have a Ride: Commute as a community. If you need a lift to the park or have space in your vehicle email to coordinate ride sharing. 


What: A two hour yoga flow and yoga nidra led by Coolidge Yoga's Tatyana Souza, Laura Ahrens and Emily Peterson accompanied by live violin with Josh Knowles. Hang out afterwards for a plant-based picnic lunch (potluck sign up here), five-minute massages with Gerry Samson, henna, and more! Be sure to bring your friends—everyone is welcome!


Why: Feel Good, Do Good! Your $25 donation will go to the ACLU, The Farm Sanctuary, and The NRDC! As we celebrate and feel good, lets also do good and give to those who are in need of a voice and our aid!

This class moves at an upbeat breath pace, so come prepared to move, build up heat, and feel complete in this express flow. Join us Mondays with Catie Macken, Wednesdays with Lauren Massalas and Fridays with Tatyana Souza from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. Starts first week in October!

Yin Yoga Express with Emily Peterson Tuesdays from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. 

In this 45 minute meditative practice you will use long-held passive poses to enhance and renew the body’s vital energy, prevent joint rigidity and immobility, and nourish the body.






Restorative Yoga with Gerard Samson Mondays from 10:45 - 11:45a.m. 

This class aids in slowing down, restoring the body’s natural rhythms, and is physically and mentally grounding.


Slow Flow with Gerard Samson Wednesdays from 10:45 - 11:45 a.m. 

Not just for beginners, slow flow will provide space for deeper connection to each posture with longer holds allowing for deeper mind body connection. 









Yoga for Athletes provides useful tools to further your training and compliment your existing athletic endeavors. We will use yoga to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, mindfulness and determination. Join Dana Einhorn Mondays at a new time! 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

Vinyasa Level 2/3 with Raquel Marra Thursdays from 5:45 - 7:15 p.m. This class is designed for students with a regular yoga practice to explore and move towards more advanced postures. Be prepared to practice active backbends and inversions.
