Rooted Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, Level 1
with Brigitte Arlé

Rooted Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, Level 1  with Brigitte ArléThis training will prepare yoga teachers to lead prenatal classes. Teachers will learn to identify and modify their classes for pregnant women of various levels, throughout the different stages of their pregnancy. The Rooted approach honors the teacher within each woman that enters the classroom. By creating a safe space for self-exploration, we acknowledge and encourage the prenatal woman’s internal wisdom and her connection to her breath, body, and baby. By practicing yoga as a moving meditation, with relaxing pranayama and visualizations we can help guide her through not just pregnancy, but also labor, birth, and parenting situations. It is the goal of the Rooted Prenatal Yoga School to foster creativity and confidence in each teacher that attends so that they can then do the same for their prenatal students.
